We will have new recipes be submitted on the 6th of February. All the recipes will be made from the herbs and veggies grown in our garden.
We tried our best to keep the greenhouses up, but over the winter break, the wind pushed them down. Most of the greenhouses got damaged, because we didn't expect wind gushes as high as around 45 miles per hour. We realized the greenhouses weren't strong enough, so we're going to rebuild the greenhouses, but this time make them sturdier.

Our 7th grade team decided to build greenhouses for each and every garden plot. We ordered many pipes, and a cover for heat protection. We fromed the pipes into a house shape, and added more pipes for structural support. (Click here for Greenhouse update!) We then added the fabric on top and carefully assembled it on the garden plots.

The winter is coming up soon, meaning we will have frost. The Vegetable team is teaming up with the Tech Team to brainstorm some ideas about a way to keep those plants covered, or else they'd die. The Vegetable team has also started to plant their veggies. Small saplings have already started showing up, too. Carrots, Turnips, Radishes, & Tomatoes are some of the plants we'd be growing. |
